When Refunds Are Available

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in certain circumstances. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

1. Not Approved by the Doctor

If you are not approved for a medical marijuana recommendation in Oklahoma during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.

2. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may qualify for a refund or free rescheduling.

3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, we will issue a full refund once verified.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Certain fees and services are non-refundable under Oklahoma law:

  • State registration fees paid directly to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments or “no-shows” are not eligible for refunds.
  • Patients who are approved by a physician but do not complete their OMMA application will not receive a refund.
